About our class...

Join award winning artist, Mona Cross, to learn the spectacular art of pastels. This is an introductory class, so don't be shy! Mona will walk you through the class step by step. We will meet each Monday afternoon from 3:30-5:30 for six weeks. Taunton artist and instructor, Mona Dumoulin Cross, is geared toward helping you build a strong foundation for your pastel painting practice. Color theory, value, form, and composition are some of the topics we will cover in this hands-on class. Through group instruction and individual guidance, we will also explore color mixing and a variety of oil painting techniques. The supply list for this class is available at the studio and will be emailed to you upon registration. Want to know more about the instructor?
